Futurist Architecture is an architectural office that houses high qualified engineers and project managers who design, manage and supervise unique projects from concept to tender within desired budget and planned time frame.

DR. architect. HASSAN ALKANANI
PhD in Sustainability, Architecture & Urban Design (Founder & CEO)Dr. Hassan started his career in architecture in 2000.
He established Futurist Architecture Office in 2003 in Riyadh, Dubai branch in 2006 and Cairo office in 2012 in order to cover the projects in Africa.
Futurist Architecture office continued to expand and recruited a team in Kuala lampur in 2017.
During the past twenty years, Dr. Hassan worked with different clients, companies & real estate developers on projects of various nature and different typologies.
In parallel to managing the office, Dr. Alkanani pursued his passion in studying architecture and obtained a PhD in Sustainable and Futuristic Architecture in 2020 after getting his master degree in 2009 in sustainable and vernacular architecture.
Futurist Architecture office worked on all kinds of projects (Residential Towers, resorts, factories, retails, hotels, entertainment facilities etc..)
Today, we are proud to say that we have participated in changing perception and understanding of architecture in the kingdom, and we will continue to serve as a lead- ing design office that serves the community its belongs.
